2021 Yamaha Tracer 9 GT, the sport-tourer raises its game
A complete redesign, an 890cc three-cylinder engine and generous equipment make the Tracer 9 GT a strong choice for dynamic touring.
The 2021 Yamaha Tracer 9 GT is substantially different from its predecessor. The CP3 engine grows to 890cc and produces 117 hp, while the new frame focuses on lower weight and greater agility. The riding position remains designed for covering long distances without giving up riding enjoyment.
The GT version adds KYB semi-active suspension, side cases, a quickshifter, cruise control, heated grips and cornering lights. Its electronics use a six-axis inertial platform to manage the main rider aids. The result is a more complete motorcycle, effective and well suited to fast touring.
