BYD relaunches Seagull with flash charging and a sub-$10,000 price

BYD has unveiled a new version of the Seagull, its small electric car aimed at the mass market, with a starting price below $10,000 in China. The model now comes with a more advanced technical package and ultra-fast charging that can recover energy in just a few minutes.
