Electric cars soar, while the wider market slows down

Electric cars reached a new sales peak, confirming themselves as the most dynamic part of the market. Growth was driven mainly by more affordable models, incentives and a wider range of choices.

At the same time, the overall market showed signs of strain: registrations of traditional cars declined, held back by higher financing costs and more cautious buyers.
