Electric motorcycles could experience growth over the next three years comparable to the expansion seen by battery-powered scooters. The forecast comes from Ultraviolette’s CTO, whose Indian company specialises in zero-emission mobility.
The manufacturer therefore expects demand to accelerate in the motorcycle segment as technology improves and interest in electric vehicles grows. Adoption will also depend on range, charging infrastructure and affordable pricing.
