Farewell to Bathurst: the iconic circuit changes, but its story remains

The famous Bathurst circuit is heading toward an important transformation, one that many fans see more as a farewell than a true goodbye. The goal is to make the track safer and better aligned with today’s standards, while preserving its unique identity.

The decision reflects an unavoidable reality: to stay on the calendar and continue hosting top-level racing, even historic venues must evolve. For supporters, there is disappointment, but also the reassurance that the Australian track’s legend will live on.
