Graduated driving: Kimmins meets students before the launch

Northern Ireland Infrastructure Minister Liz Kimmins met students at St Colman’s College on the eve of the launch of Graduated Driver Licensing, scheduled for tomorrow.

The system introduces a staged pathway for people obtaining their licence, aiming to help young drivers become independent and safer behind the wheel. The initiative seeks to reduce the risks commonly associated with novice drivers through gradual access to driving.
