Lance Stroll’s final win before his Formula 1 debut

Lance Stroll claimed the final victory of his career in the junior categories before becoming a Formula 1 driver. The Canadian won the closing round of the 2016 European Formula 3 season, confirming the title he had secured that year.

Shortly afterwards, Stroll was chosen by Williams for the 2017 championship. At just 18, he made his debut in the top tier and became one of the youngest drivers on the grid. The promotion crowned a career built on results in the lower formulas.
