The Lucid Air Grand Touring enters the test with a clear goal: making range anxiety almost irrelevant. The American saloon offers a claimed range of more than 800 km, thanks to a large battery and efficiency above the average.
On the road, it impresses with refinement, performance and ride quality. Rapid charging is another strength, allowing plenty of range to be recovered during a short stop. Size and flagship pricing remain drawbacks, but the Air shows how close a large EV can get to the practicality of conventional cars.
