Volkswagen, CUPRA and Škoda: the electric city-car push takes shape

At the Paris Motor Show, the four small electric models from the Volkswagen Group appeared together for the first time: CUPRA Raval, Volkswagen ID. Polo, Škoda Epiq and Volkswagen ID. Cross. They mark the most concrete phase yet in the company’s push into battery-powered city cars, a key segment also for Italy.

The goal is to make electric mobility more attainable for everyday driving in town and around the suburbs. Each brand gets its own styling, but the cars share a common platform and are designed around compact dimensions, lower costs and range suited to daily use.
