Yamaha, Five Bikes India Awaits: From the Ténéré 700 to the R7

Yamaha is reportedly studying a return to India’s premium segment after focusing mainly on lower-displacement models. The most sought-after bikes include the Ténéré 700, R7, MT-07, MT-09 and Tracer 9, all already part of the brand’s international range.

The move could expand the local line-up with more expensive and technologically advanced products, but there is no confirmation yet about timing, versions or launch plans. The decision will depend on local demand and commercial viability.
