Yamaha has taken the YZF-R2 to the track for its first dynamic test. The new compact sports bike joins the R family with the aim of delivering an accessible riding experience inspired by larger supersport machines.
On circuit, the motorcycle showed agile and intuitive handling, qualities that can benefit both less experienced riders and those looking to improve their riding skills. The R2 therefore marks new territory for Yamaha and could also attract interest in the Italian market.
