Geely posts eighth straight month of growth as new-energy sales top 200,000
The Chinese automaker continues to expand, surpassing 200,000 new-energy vehicles sold for the first time.
Geely Auto has recorded its eighth consecutive month of sales growth, confirming the Chinese group’s strong commercial momentum. The result comes as competition intensifies in its home market and electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles gain an increasing share.
For the first time, cumulative deliveries of new-energy models have exceeded 200,000 units. The milestone supports Geely’s electrification strategy as the company seeks further growth in China and international markets.
