XPeng L03 review: capable, but lacking a clear identity

The XPeng L03 is a balanced, easy-to-drive electric saloon. Throttle response is smooth, comfort is convincing and the cabin focuses heavily on technology, with a modern and functional layout.

Its weakness appears when more character is expected: the L03 does not stand out for driving dynamics, perceived quality or styling personality. It does almost everything well, but lacks a feature that clearly separates it from the many electric rivals already available. A sound proposition, therefore, but not a memorable one.
